Financial Information

As a community-based Social Service agency, GACM provides emergency rent and utility assistance. GACM can provide small cash grants to eligible residents. Residents who are experiencing a resolvable crisis and have exhausted public resources will be considered for a grant, which is awarded once in a 24-month period. Areas of assistance include, but are not limited to:

1. Rent and Mortgage Payments

2. Security Deposits

3. Medications and Medicare

4. Utility Payments

GACM wants to help people access affordable housing and address issues that may cause them to have to leave their homes. Our help can include assistance with landlord negotiation, payment agreements, and mortgage assistance. 

We want our neighbors to be able to remain in their homes. Security deposit help may be available for those who need to relocating to our area. Some grant assistance is restricted to the following zip codes: 19118, 19119, 19126, 19138, 19144, and 19150.
